The study gives the participant a broad overview of the functional capabilities needed in these seven areas, and will assist them in determining their readiness and key hot spots needing additional work.
HOW IS IT DONE?
Your participation is critical in conducting the assessment. It proceeds as follows:
Introduction to the study
On site, facilitated half-day discussion, with EC Power team
and participant's key business and technology stakeholders
Questionnaire filled out by key client managers
EC Power team analyzes and summarizes results; prepares
evaluation of readiness and needed work in each area
EC Power team returns to participant site for review of
Findings & Recommendations and discussion
The process requires approximately one calendar month of elapsed time, with a half-day on site session with client executive(s), one to two weeks for Questionnaire response, two weeks for Findings & Recommendations preparation by the EC Power team, and a final one-half day session on site to review Findings & Recommendations with facilitated discussion.
The final report in bound form will be delivered soon thereafter.
WHAT DO I GET?
The results section of the Assessment will summarize the critical issues.
Recommendations, suggestions, and available resources will be offered to help you address your needs.
Where possible, broad cost ranges for budget planning will be suggested.
These suggested costs indicate the level of expenditure that may be required to fully develop the needed capabilities.
A broad market entry timeline will also be provided to assist participants in pacing their efforts for entry into the marketplace at a particular time.
