February 2006 EC Power Announces Jesse Cline Elected as Vice Chair of TDTWG HOUSTON -(BUSINESS WIRE)- EC Power announces the election of Jesse Cline as the 2006 Vice Chair of the Texas Data Transport Working Group. Just Energy, one of EC Power's Texas Retail Clients, sponsors Jesse Cline's Involvement in the TDTWG working group. Jesse Cline is a communication specialist at EC Power and has been involved with developing and maintaining the NAESB/GISB communication standards for 10 years. The Texas Data Transport Working Group (TDTWG), reporting to the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS), creates and maintains data transport implementation guides for the Texas retail electric market. The group is instrumental in assisting market participants and ERCOT to resolve data transport issues. The TDTWG helps test and implement each new data transport or a new version of existing transport, and it may analyze a data transport to make sure that it is secure and reliable for the retail market. TDTWG also works to ensure that Texas market requirements are included in North American Energy Standards electronic delivery mechanisms (EDM) specifications.
