Our web-enabled tools allow customers to track and manage their electronic transactions. Dynamic reports allow you to trace transactions as they leave the EC Power gateway and travel to your trading partner and back again.
Translation Reports
The EC Power translation reports let you track the flow of transactions into and out of our gateway. This in turn provides valuable information on the transactions sent to your trading partners or the transactions received into your customer information system. The translation reports support several options to research all your transaction needs, including a detail or summary list of inbound and outbound transactions.
Nomination Tracking
Nomination tracking is for our wholesale gas customers. With the web tools, our wholesale gas customers can easily view the status of gas nominations and quick responses to know without delay if a transaction needs to be worked. As transactions flow through the process, information is displayed real time showing the current status such as pickup, sent, and response time, status and location of the transaction, and control numbers for X12. Once the nomination and quick response have been completed, the transactions are rolled over to history and can be viewed from that selection screen.
ecTRACTM
ecTRACTM, which Tracks a Market Business Process, is an additional feature provided by EC Power. The initiating transaction logs an entry into a lifecycle table. The transactions related to the lifecycle are then tracked against the initiating document, and the status of the lifecycle is updated appropriately. The lifecycle is validated against market protocols and a document is flagged as late once the protocol timeframe expires. EcTRACTM allows a client to proactively see the status of a lifecycle and work any issues within the market. EcTRACTM is a direct extension of your business and lets you focus on customer management rather than transaction management.
